Privacy Policy

Last updated on 11 Oct 2026

OSPR is the brand and platform operated by OSPRION. This policy describes how we handle information through our website, operational evidence products, Provider Platform and related implementation and support services.

When OSPR powers a provider’s branded website or customer portal, that provider’s privacy notice and applicable service agreement may also apply to the information you provide to that business.

By using OSPR, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using OSPR.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information you provide: When you contact us, request a demonstration, create an account or use our services, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, addresses, account details and the information you choose to include in forms, messages or uploads.

1.2. Usage Data: We may automatically receive and collect data about how you use OSPR, including your interactions with the platform, your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser, and operating system.

1.3. Cookies and Similar Technologies: OSPR may use cookies, local storage and analytics services to support website and application functionality and understand usage. Our marketing website uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.

1.4. Customer and operational records: Depending on the services configured for a customer, we may process video, images, event identifiers, facility and equipment information, designs, proposals, work orders, service history and support records. These records may contain personal or commercially sensitive information.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1. We use the information collected to provide, maintain, and improve OSPR’s services and user experience.

2.2. Your personal information may be used to communicate with you regarding important updates, announcements, or other relevant information. With your permission, we may also send you emails about our application, new products, and other updates.

2.3. Under our standard terms, we may use anonymized data and anonymized reproductions of customer and operational records, including facility imagery, for research, analytics, model training, product development, sales and promotional purposes. Different restrictions in an applicable written customer agreement take precedence.

2.4. For this policy, anonymized information does not identify, and cannot reasonably be linked back to, a person, customer or facility. Removing a name alone does not establish that a record is anonymized. Information that remains identifiable is not covered by the anonymized-reuse permission.

2.5. Publishing identifiable customer names, logos, facility imagery or operational records for marketing, or using identifiable customer material outside the agreed service, requires customer authorization and any other permissions required for that use.

3.1. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery or return, you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason only.

3.2. We seek the permissions required for additional uses of personal information, including marketing communications and publication of identifiable customer material. Anonymized reuse is described separately in Sections 2.3–2.4.

3.3. If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at contactremoval@osprion.com.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1. OSPR will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

4.2. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

4.3. We may share information with service providers supporting hosting, storage, communications, analytics, payments and other agreed service functions, subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality requirements.

4.4. Anonymized reuse follows Sections 2.3–2.4 and any applicable written customer agreement. Private work orders, customer portal records and field media do not become publicly accessible simply because they are stored in OSPR.

5. Credit Card Processing

5.1. Payments are processed through Stripe. Card details are handled through the payment processor’s payment interfaces. OSPR may retain payment references, transaction and invoice records, and limited payment-method details such as the card brand, last four digits and expiration date for billing and account administration.

5.2. Where a payment method is saved for recurring billing, Stripe maintains the payment method and OSPR uses the associated payment references.

5.3. Stripe’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1. The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

6.2. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

6.3. Third-party policies apply to those providers’ own services. This policy continues to apply to information processed by OSPR.

7. Data Security

7.1. OSPR implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

7.2. Our services use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. Payment processing is described in Section 5.

7.3. While we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.4. We retain information as needed to provide the agreed services, administer accounts, meet billing and legal obligations, and address security or support matters. Operational retention and deletion arrangements depend on the configured service and applicable customer agreement.

8.1. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

9. Children’s Privacy

9.1. OSPR is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to delete it.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

10.1. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website and in the application.

10.2. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

10.3. If our application is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide service to you.
