Distributor Tools from OSPR

Feature image

Most operational software is built for reporting.

Distributors and service teams live somewhere else: quoting, layouts, installs, retrofits, and support calls at inconvenient hours. The work is physical, but the tools are usually documents and portals that don’t reflect what’s actually in the building.

We’ve been building distributor tools inside OSPR: modules that help teams quote, plan, deploy, and support systems using the same facility model OSPR runs on in the field.

Not another dashboard. Tools that sit closer to the job.

The gap

Most distributor workflows end up scattered across: spreadsheets, notes, shared drives, vendor portals, phone calls, and static pages.

None of those tools understand the site: what equipment is installed, where it is, what changed, and what happened over time.

OSPR already tracks that reality — locations, equipment, cameras, deployments, events, and history — so we started exposing that backbone to the teams responsible for design, install, and support.

What these tools enable

  • Design + sales: facility planners and 3D configurators that show what’s being sold and where it fits.
  • Marketing + visualization: visuals and simulations generated from the same system model used in deployments.
  • Service + support: deployment-aware context — what’s installed, what changed, and what’s been tried before.

It’s not separate apps glued together. It’s one system, shown through different surfaces.

Built to embed

These modules are designed to plug into existing workflows: a distributor website, an internal quoting tool, a customer portal, or a service dashboard.

One shared model. Many outputs. Less fragmentation.

If you sell, install, or support equipment

If you’re a distributor, integrator, or service provider and you want a better way to design, deploy, and support systems — without adding another disconnected toolchain — get in touch. We’ll show you what this looks like in practice.
